Preaching is a living activity. The delivery of the Word is meant to be deeply informed by the relationship between pastor and people. There can be no substitute for being present in your own assembly when the Word is preached by your own minister. We strongly encourage you to listen regularly and receptively to the Word preached by your own teaching elder.

From Death to Life (Psalm 119:25-32)
A transformation occurs over the course of the eight verses of the Daleth stanza of Psalm 119. This transformation is the day-to-day experience of the followers of Jesus. It has four movements:
1. Confessing--the psalmist gives a frank account of his life to God
2. Crying--the psalmist weeps before God, asking to be restored
3. Choosing--the psalmist sets his face to obey
4. Cleaving--the psalmist embraces God's law, rejoicing in the freedom it gives him
